Appearance: slightly dirty orange body with a creamy white
head that leaves a thin layer on top.
Aroma: it smells like the thing I do best … Nothing.
Flavors: This Hefe is more about the mouthfeel than the
flavor. The flavor follows the
nose. White bread dough ball. Where is the Wheat! Where is the flavor! Clean mouthfeel, almost creamy texture, very
low carbonation,
To the Point: this was truly uneventful.
