Konig Pilsner

Golden clear pilsner color. Sweet biscuit malty notes, typical pilsner taste: Clean and fresh. A good beer for those pilsner lovers. Might be better than other German pilsners.

Buy: if you are a pilsner drinker – try it. It would be worthy of a six pack purchase.

Another beer that is expired – dated 28 Nov. 08. Now, I am going to be checking really close on those beers they sell by this bottle at that party store.
You know what? It is still good. Usually a lager won’t make it that long.
Typical golden lager color with a white head. Typical lager taste; crisp and clean. Once again, better than some ‘fresh’ beers.

Buy: if you like lagers that have the taste profile of ‘crisp and clean’ go for it. So, it is better than Bud and Miller. But, not by much.

Bottle says, ‘HIGH QUALITY BEER’ Oh boy they are trying to convince you before you even drink it. Also, on the bottle, ‘ Warka is the birthplace of Kazimierz Pulaski (1745-79) – hero of the American Revolution.’
Freshness date clearly printed on the bottle. Clear deep golden color. A hearty biscuit like smell. There is a slightly sweet caramel malt taste along with a sweet grains aftertaste. This is just ok.

Buy: only if you want something off the beaten path.

Light golden very clear color to the body. YES, it is a light beer – but, I needed the bottle cap for my shed door. This beer is lightly flavored water. Too clean tasting – making it void of any good flavors. Bud Light and Miller Light drinkers have at it.

Buy: Me never – unless I needed to water the plants.

  1. Known as Warka Strong for the 7% alcohol; their standard beer is 5.9%. Found some in a Polish restaurant in Clearwater, FL; goes very well with pierogies.
