Appearance: reddish copper body with a fine tan head.  Not much in the lacing department.

Aroma: faint sweet malts, super light spice bread, light touch of hops.

Flavors: like the aroma the flavors are very light and slightly muted.  Delicate spice, light grated orange peel, reminds me of spice bread, light malts and hops, well balanced.

Mouthfeel: smooth, watery edge, light delicate allspice aftertaste, super light carbonation.

My Strength Rating: 2 – the watery edge really puts a damper on the flavor profile.

To the Point: sub-par Christmas Ale.  The one good thing is that the flavors will not interfere with any foods that you may be eating while drinking this ale.
