Blanche De Bruxelles: Review

4.5% abv
11.2 oz bottle
Brasserie Lefebvre
Quenast, Belgium

Pours a wonderful soft yellow cloud of wheat with a white pillow of foam on the top. They say that they use 40% wheat in the brewing process and that helps to deliver that cloudy yellow glow in my glass.

The coriander and orange profile is soft and pleasing. This is truly delicious. This is not one of those ‘Belgian White’ beer want to bees that overdose the brew with coriander, spice and citrus. This is an elegant tasting witbier.

An elegant ale deserves an elegant cigar.

Diamond Crown Cigar

For your finer moments in life this is it! A wonderful walnut and soft pepper profile makes this an elegant cigar for that special moment. These two elegant beauties get along just fine. They play off each other well and the cigar brings out the spices a bit in the ale.
