Southhampton Publick House
Southhampton Bottling
Saratoga Springs, New York, USA
Ale brewed with coriander, orange and lemon peel
6.8% abv
Appearance: glowing golden cloudy body with a one finger
white head that does not leave much lacing if any yet a curtain of white lace
with each sip
Aroma: very pleasing white; soft coriander, soft citrus
peel, nice wheat
Flavors: I like Belgian ales and I like the Wit ales. This is pretty spot on for a Belgian-style
white (wit). Soft pleasing notes of
coriander, wheat, and citrus.
Mouthfeel: low yet fine fizzy carbonation, mild-medium body,
light yet pleasing flavors, light wheat aftertaste (short)
To the Point: a straight and to the point Belgian-style
White, I like it, it should make a very good summer ale
