This dunkel pours a dark bronze color with a light tan head. There is a slight roasted grain aroma. Oh, this is the one. Yep, this is the one I don’t like. This tastes like a mild boring coffee from a diner. You have had that coffee before where you think about is it the well water or is it just bad coffee.
So, there is a slight roasted malt taste with some boring rye bread note along with mineral like water taste.
