Appearance: cloudy golden color with a 1-1/2 finger white head.  Minimal lacing on the glass.

Aroma: very faint for an IPA.  A faint generic hoppy note is the best I can do tonight.

Flavor: fruity with a touch of sweet malt on the delivery and then the pine attacks the tongue.  Pine, floral hops, strong bitter note, the flavor is much better than the nose – good thing.

Mouthfeel: pine needle, bitterness, moderate carbonation, and a wool like texture.  A long lingering note of dry bitterness weighs on the tongue.

My Strength Rating: 7.5 – solid pine and bitterness on the tongue.  Long lingering notes.

To the Point: pretty decent AIPA.  I’ll go low B for a grade.  I seemed to enjoy it more as it warmed up.  If you like that piney flavor profile and aftertaste this is one you need to try.
